Polaris Matryx/Axys/Pro RMK - Si3N4 Hybrid Ceramic Bearing Kit (8)

$849.99

Complete Si3N4 Silicon Nitride hybrid ceramic bearing kit for all Polaris snowmobiles 2012-2026. Unleash an extra 5-6 hp in your machine!

Includes: 2 rear bogey wheel bearings, 2 upper bogey wheel bearings, 2 driveshaft bearings, and 2 jackshaft bearings with domed races.

If you have aftermarket wheels, a carbon skid, or other changes. Please let us know and we will outfit your kit accordingly.

Construction consists of hardened chrome steel races which are polished on the inside, with silicon nitride (Si3n4) ball bearings, and teflon cages. Shell grease.

Examples include turbocharger bearings, wind generators, & engine crank bearings in race engines.

The ceramic material is extremely hard, and able to be made in a way that ensures perfectly smooth surfaces and perfectly round bearing spheres even on a microscopic level. HIP is a process that takes an already durable and hard ceramic and amplifies it’s molecular structure to a higher level. HIP-treated silico nitride is 1000% harder than tool steel or stainless steels. It is excellent for taking impacts and resisting deformation under the world’s harshest conditions. The HIP process is usually reserved for drill bits, ultra-precise cutting tools, and Formula 1 bearings.
